Sleep Number

Melinda was extremely kind and knowledgeable. She took up a lot of time with us. She shared her own experiences with the sleep number bed she personally owns. It helped us understand things better. She even talked about certain settings of notifications she doesn't use because her cat sleeps in the bed with her. We really appreciated everything she had to say!

My elderly parents still have their original Sleep Number bed that was purchased in 1995. It has reached the end of its life and they are additionally looking to upgrade to an adjustable frame split king. After some research online I had some questions for a real person. Melinda at the Lexington KY location was amazing! She was able to answer my questions and even got on the floor to take some quick photos of the bedframe to determine if it could be separated if it became necessary. She was gracious and thorough, even though I took a lot of her time. Purchasing a bed for people in their late eighties is a more complicated thing with many considerations that are not necessary for most people but Melinda helped make it as smooth an experience as possible. Mom and Dad are very excited about their new bed!

Paid over 2000 dollars for this bed 4 years ago and the warranty he sold us on was 15 years. Their product failed and now have to spend 350 more because the actual warranty is for 1 year without having to pay extra. Before this happened my sister got one because I told her how good it was and she had to pay 350 for a new pump. So this bed actually cost over 2000 dollars plus 350 every few years after that . Won't ever suggest someone buy one.

Melinda has such an in depth knowledge of the product and its benefits. We were able to find the right bed for us! We appreciate the time Melinda took to explain each bed.
