Now I got a new tracking number with the product that is actually available and will be sent. Excellent work and recognition to the staff member named drew.
View on GoogleThe Salesman was pleasant, and the selection of mattresses was great. We got an excellent price with free delivery and removal of the old mattress. Unfortunately, the order was placed for the wrong model mattress. When we notified the store of the error, they quickly reordered the correct mattress, and it was delivered within two days. I can’t say enough about the two gentlemen who delivered the mattress. They were very professional, careful of our furnishings and got that giant old mattress down the stairs and the equally gigantic new mattress back up the stairs in no time. Overall, a great experience and we will certainly be back in the future.
