Sweet Dreams Mattress and Pillow

I had to replace my favorite pillow. I wanted something very specific as I have had this pillow for years, just had a few disc in my neck replaced and can NOT sleep with out it! I looked everywhere for one and couldn't find one even remotely similar. I finally ended up at sweet dreams. I told the lady my situation and she made sure she found EXACTLY what I was looking for. She must have went through 20 different pillows. She wasn't stopping until I had exactly what I needed. Absolutely great customer service and obviously a ton of options.

We had a great experience working with Bob. We came into his store wanting a certain mattress on display. He ended up not having it in stock for the size we wanted, but in its place he worked with us on an upgraded version. We were so thankful to have stopped by his store! It was a pleasant experience. Bob the owner took time to get to know us and our needs and showed us models that fit our needs. He is very personable and knowledgeable about his products. He cares about his customers. Not just trying to sell a product he wanted us to be happy with what we bought. He gave a 120 day sleep trial. We love our mattress! Will definitely always use sweet dreams!

My in-laws purchased a hybrid split king mattress, adjustable electric frame, sheets, pillows, and pillowcases months ago. At time of purchase Bob stated it wasn't in stock but he would order it and have it to the store in approximately one month. This was SEVERAL months ago. They have been told so many excuses. The latest excuses are that someone stole the bed out of storage and they have video of A person walking out with this mattress. Bob states he filed a police report for theft but his insurance is not covering this mattress. (How in the world can one person lift a split king mattress and walk with it??) Bob is now stating they no longer carry that particular line of mattresses but he has tried repeatedly to get in touch with his sales rep. (What kind of sales rep wouldn't jump on a sale??) As of 2 weeks ago the mattress was supposed to be drop shipped directly to their home and he would personally bring the bedframe and linens. The mattress has not been delivered and Bob cannot produce a manifest or any other tracking number for them. I truly believe he has taken advantage of my in-laws who are in their 70s.

We recently purchased a mattress from Sweet Dreams. The salesman was so nice, very knowledgeable and answered all our questions. He ask us a few questions about our sleep and if we looked at a mattress that he felt would not help us, he told us, even if top dollar mattress. If you are shopping for a name brand mattress check them out. We ended up with a Stearns and Foster. They offer Nector, Dakota, Puffy Lux, Saatva and more brands. We found their prices to be more affordable and they also offer closeouts. Our mattress was a last year model. Who cares, not me if we were able to get a new, great mattress at a reduced price. They offer 4 months trial period for mattress, delivery and set up.
