Hank's & More Fine Furniture

We searched for the right couch for a few months and came in and out of stores often. Josie from Hanks furniture was incredible. Helped us so much and not just for the sale. Josie wanted us to be happy. After so many calls and pictures and different options we were so glad to end up getting our couch from Josie. We also purchased a killer bouncy chair, a beautiful table set, and plan on getting everything we need from her in the future. Thank you for caring Josie! Side note: The delivery team was so nice also. They were careful and patient while we decided the couches final setup.

Definitely shop at Hanks and ask for Jacob. He was so friendly and informative. Amazing experience, after being made to feel terrible at Harris furniture. Most definitely buying our couch at Hanks!!

Purchased a sofa and loveseat with surround sound built in. 1. No one told us there were certain brands of television it doesn’t work with. We were assured it worked on all smart tvs. When we got it delivered it didn’t work. On the phone they said “yea, it doesn’t work with your brand of smart tv. Sorry the sales guy is new and didn’t know that”. We had to spend hundreds of dollars on a new tv at Christmas time. Not what we wanted to do. 2. The Bluetooth is bad. Period. There is such a delay between the screen and the sound some programs are unwatchable. No one mentioned that either. 3. When it was delivered we told them the phone charging plates didn’t work. Have spoken to them four times on the phone and once in person. It’s been over four weeks and we still haven’t even had a technician come out and look at it. It had been approved by the home office for three weeks and they could give us no explanation for the delay. Every time I speak to them they promise they will get right on it tomorrow. Four weeks later still waiting. Overall save yourself some hassle. They have zero follow through once you purchase the furniture and the extra service plan we paid extra for apparently was a huge waste of money too. I’ll never buy from them again.

Bought dual recliner in August 2025. 5 months later has broke down and leans. Computers ALWAYS down and no response on email. BBB reviews are horrible! Never, ever again will I purchase from Hanks. It isn't "Fine" furniture. It's pieces of junk! I will not stop until I get a refund! Blake, the manager at Jonesboro isn't managing well at all! The entire store is a joke! Beware and go elsewhere like Harris where furniture lasts forever! Should have known better because they screwed my in-laws as well!
