The store had excellent service. I found the staff to be knowledgeable and readily available. They were able to help me find what I was looking for and offer accurate information on the products I was asking about. The purchase I made was extremely affordable and offered a quality I would expect to pay premium price for. Overall, I would recommend this furniture store to any individuals interested in purchasing new furniture.

I called to ask about furniture and a lady told me I called her 5 minutes ago with same questions. When literally I just gotten off of work and haven’t made any calls. And then she hung up on me, I called back no answer. VERY UNPROFESSIONAL!

Great collection at reasonably priced

Terrible service. I've returned twice, and the person in charge doesn't know how to process the application and can't give me accurate prices. I've come back because I'm interested in a bedroom set and a dining room set, and the woman always tells me I have to come back when the owner is there. In that case, it's better to stay closed to avoid paying a salary for nothing, since they don't provide complete and accurate information. For me, it's a very bad experience. If they want to open a market in Aurora, I imagine there are many customers like me who demand complete and competent service, since we come to shop, not to get something for free.
