I had an outstanding experience at Sleep Number thanks to one of their employees who went above and beyond to help me. From the moment I walked in, they were welcoming, patient, and incredibly knowledgeable about all the products and features. They took the time to listen to my needs, answered every question thoroughly, and never made me feel pressured during the process. What really stood out was their genuine commitment to helping me find the right mattress and sleep setup for my comfort and budget. Their professionalism, attention to detail, and friendly attitude made the entire experience smooth and enjoyable. It’s rare to find customer service this thoughtful and personalized these days. Because of their excellent help and service, I left feeling confident in my purchase and excited to improve my sleep. I highly recommend visiting Sleep Number at 4412 E. We are extremely disappointed with our recent mattress purchase from the Bolingbrook location. The mattress delivered to us is completely different from the floor model we tested in the store. The showroom model was well-padded, supportive, and comfortable. The one we received is significantly firmer, lacks the same padding, and is so uncomfortable that we are unable to sleep on it. At no point during the sales process were we informed that floor models may contain additional padding or differ from the product delivered. After contacting customer service, we were told that floor models often have extra padding and that sales associates are supposed to disclose this. That disclosure never happened. We feel misled and believe the product was not accurately represented at the time of sale. To make matters worse, we are now being told we must wait 30 days before initiating a return, continue sleeping on a mattress that is extremely uncomfortable, and pay nearly $500 in pickup and delivery fees. It is unreasonable to expect customers to endure sleepless nights and pay substantial fees for a product that does not match what was presented in the showroom. We hope management takes this seriously and addresses these transparency issues so other customers do not have the same experience.

Heather was extremely knowledgeable about all sleep number products. She was patient and answered all the questions I had. She valued my budget, what I prioritized in a bed, and made perfect recommendations for me. I highly recommend working with her!

This store had a really friendly atmosphere from when we walked in the door to when we decided to purchase. The delivery experience was also very efficient and they made the setup seamless. Also I was really try to help my lower back and these last 2 nights of sleep couldn’t have been better, I highly recommend this product for better sleep!

My wife and I have been looking for new mattresses for a while, now. Yesterday, at the Sleep Number store, 4412 E. New York Street, Aurora, IL, Sleep Expert, Jordan Rowe, gave us the most comprehensive, no-pressure presentation of the various Sleep Number options that we have ever experienced. It was more like having a great conversation with a trusted friend! We ended up making a selection we felt really fit our individual needs, to a "T"!! If you're thinking about getting a new mattress, do yourself a favor, and go see Jordan!!! You will Not be disappointed!!!
