Karen helped us find the perfect sofa & love seat pair. Really liked the features (cup holders, wireless charging, electric recliners) and finish. Oh, and about 1/3 of the price of Lazy Boy for comparable pieces.

She made us a shopping cart virtually that we could review at home which made our life so much easier as we were narrowing down our selection. She was not pushy and was very personable. We will happily work with her next time we purchase more furniture from Bob’s!
