BUYER BEWARE! DO NOT BUY FROM HERE. Just made the big mistake of purchasing a couch from here. Always trust the reviews I should have known better to purchase from somewhere that has 3.9 stars. There’s a reason for that. Anyways the couch was delivered and was not even wrapped in any type of protection, they brought the couch into my house and proceeded to slide it across my floor without furniture sliders what kind of professional furniture company doesn’t use furniture sliders and slides furniture across a customers floor? My house is only five months old mind you. We also requested that they don’t put the couch together or try to move it any further and they didn’t listen. After they left we had family help us lift the couch and move it to the spot we wanted and this is when I noticed a gash taken out of my floor. It wasn’t there before and my house once again is only five months old. Clearly this was from them sliding the couch across my floor. I called and sent pictures and the lady who always answers the phone basically called us liars and said her guys would have told her that they did that. Well why would you ask clearly whether they knew or not that they did it no one would admit to doing that. I’m the customer not them and I’m unhappy and clearly she doesn’t care about her customers or customer service. She made us wait till she spoke to her guys before giving any resolution and just to call us liars and blame us. How could we have done it if we LIFTED the couch and not slid it like her incompetent workers did? She also rudely hung up on us and refused to provide any resolution or help fix the situation just wanted to call us liars and cares more about protecting her pathetic workers than about keeping customers. That’s fine social media is powerful thing. Maybe watch who you call a liar because you never know who has a large platform to take down your business. Good luck to you TDF. Don’t buy from here unless you want your floors messed up.

The staff were great, friendly and professional, there to greet you but gave you enough space to let you look and sit on all the furniture. The store offers delivery and haul away services for small fee. Was happy to do my business with Dianne and Cameron.

View on GoogleTDF in Wilkesboro is awesome. I've been going there for years. Debbie and Diane are the best, the prices are great, and the selection is huge. You won't be disappointed... If you don't see what you want, they are constantly getting new things in. Just check back!
View on GoogleUPDATE: Just so everyone is aware, the Wells Fargo "credit card" you receive through them is nothing but an "identification card" that allows them to reapply for another loan in your name. Therefore, the faxes and signatures are required. Still rather silly. Despite the name, they only have new stuff; fair enough. The store is set up for maximum profit by only ever having two ladies in the showroom and a fellow in storage, which looks like an old house. The parking lot does not have lines and is in massive disrepair. Last I visited, I tried to use the credit card that I had received through them. I was told they did not have a card reader and they would have to call their home store to get verification and fax information to and fro. Then they just stare at me. I assume they wanted me to select another tender, but I have THEIR credit card. After all that, they didn't know how to do it. About 45 minutes and for signatures later, job done. Why can't they have a card reader? Or run it like they did before card readers were everywhere? Short story: the staff is nice, place is clean inside. Parking lot is horrid and you're probably better off using cash. Cheaper? No, but better quality than Big Lots.
