I had a very positive customer service experience, but unfortunately, the couch itself has not held up well. The pillows have already been replaced twice, yet the couch still looks worn after only one year of use. The couch did take longer than expected to arrive, not complaining on this, this could happen When I purchased the couch, I was told it would withstand heavy daily use and be easy to clean. Unfortunately, that has not been my experience. Given that this was advertised as a custom-made piece, I expected it to maintain its appearance and quality much better than it has. While I appreciate the efforts made by your customer service team, I am disappointed with the durability and overall quality of the product

Our experience here was incredible! We found everything we were looking for. We found the perfect love seat, recliner and table set for our new house. The selection was phenomenal and the pieces were at such a good price, in fact my jaw dropped when I saw the prices of the furniture we chose. Liz was so sweet and down to earth, I felt like she was a friend through the process and I really wish her the best! I'm so glad me and my husband found this place and bought from a family owned business. We also are getting the pieces delivered and the delivery fee was very inexpensive. Definitely worth getting for a seamless stressfree experience. 10/10 We will definitely be shopping here again!

We saw a chair in the showroom but since we needed 2 they would have to come from the Ashley warehouse. So we ordered 2 new Ashley chairs. Said would take 4-6 weeks. When week 5 came, I called to see when we would get them since I ordered them knowing they would be here for my house full of family for the holidays. I was very impressed with the quick response as to the delay. Since Ashley had not put our order on their trucks, I was told that TDF would go get them and deliver in a few days. They were true to their word. The delivery guys were great, put the chairs together, made sure we were happy with them. We would recommend TDF Furniture since they stood by their furniture and kept their word. Great customer service.

Absolutely amazing experience. The staff at TDF Furniture were genuine, down-to-earth, and never used high-pressure sales tactics. I actually saved more than half compared to a larger mainstream store. Great value, honest service, and a smooth buying process. I highly recommend them and will definitely be back for future furniture purchases.

Bought a couch after being promised that the fabric was strong and stain resistant, and that most people purchase the fabric we got “because it’s perfect for a family with kids.” Within 2 weeks the fabric was pilling, and it shows every single thing. I have emailed management 2 times and both times they promised to get in touch with me to make it right and I have heard nothing. Not only that, but purchased and was told delivery is within 4 weeks. We had to wait nearly 3 months. Will not be back and I recommend you don’t shop here either.
