I have back issues and can be very indecisive, and I changed my mind more than once about what I wanted, but she never made me feel annoying or pressured. She took a lot of time explaining the differences between the models, answering all my questions, and helping me think through what would actually work best for my body and sleep. What I appreciated most was that she was honest—she gave me her real opinion, even after I went home and started second-guessing everything over text. Mattress shopping can be overwhelming, especially when you’re dealing with pain and trying to make an expensive decision. Howell made the whole process feel much less stressful.
