Greg at Casper provided great customer service and made the whole process easy. He really took the time to understand our needs and helped us find the best bed for us. The process was flexible and smooth, and he even came up with solutions for a tricky delivery. His fellow associates were also professional and genuine. The bed is comfortable, durable, and gives us the best sleep. We ended up with the Casper Snow and an adjustable frame. I also recommend the pillows and bed sheets.

I've ordered several items from Casper over the last 8 years. Two sets of pillows, sheet sets, the most expensive mattress model, duvet and covers, etc.
I recently ordered a new set of pillows, original Casper pillows. Beware, these are not the same pillows as in the past. The company has gone through several ownership changes, each time it seems they downgrade the products and materials used.
These latest pillows are not made with the same high quality filler of pillows past. It feels like it's just the cheapest woven down alternative they could find. Like the bagged stuffing you can buy at Joanne fabrics or a hardware store. A great product has been ruined.
Terrible product.
Also preferred a new mattress as a gift for a friend a few months ago after she slept on ours. Ours is 6 years old. The new mattress is not made of the same high quality materials. It feels terrible and offers little support.
It's a shame this company that once made such quality products had gone down the drain.

This buying experience was... perfect.
They had every mattress model set up in mock bedrooms. Each was inviting and clean.
When you lay down to try one, they close a curtain and leave you to it. Imaging that.
The staff was knowledgeable and not pushy. They answered all our questions.
When we were ready to buy, they asked me to pull out my phone. Within 30 seconds I was approved for an 18 month 0% loan.
We payed nothing in store and left with a queen sized Hybrid.
The clerk who showed us the different models loaded it into our car for us.
I don't see how a mattress buying experience could possibly be better 🤷♂️

Our first night on our new Casper One mattress, along with our new Casper pillows, was phenomenal. The total experience was extremely wonderful in purchasing our new bedding at Casper in Bellevue Square. Jay greeted my husband and me as we walked into the store with a "Hi Sandy!", and this began the "journey". We knew we wanted the Casper One model so Jay walked us over to that room, and Robert and I settled onto the mattress, and then didn't want to get up! The purchase was excellent, and Jay arranged for delivery the very next day. The delivery went smoothly, and I even received a call from Jay to be sure everything went well. I can't say enough about how professional, kind, and thorough Jay made the experience, give the store a try, you won't be disappointed!

We were in a pinch to purchase a mattress for our guest room before some surprise guests arrived in Oct 2025. Casper mattresses had already been on my radar along with other companies, but the best I could find was mail order purchases that would arrive too late. The Casper’s website chat box (which was manned by an actual human) advised calling a nearby store. Jay, the manager at their Bellevue WA store, heard my predicament. He offered to alert me if the model & size I was looking for happened to arrive that week. Sure enough, a Casper One full-size showed up the next day, and Corey at the store took great care of us. The mattress unfurled and fluffed up in time for our guests, they loved it and now one of us has a comfortable escape hatch in case the other snores too loud…🙄 Thanks Corey & Jay!!
