I bought my mattress at the store in Portland but somehow called the Bellevue store to troubleshoot delivery issues. Xander was very friendly and extremely helpful. Because of his quick efficient help, I will be getting my mattress delivered in a few days.
View on GoogleI was helped over the phone by Marc who may have been kicking himself afterward for answering my call, as I am someone who asks a trillion questions. Marc was so professional, patient, and attentive to my concerns -- just excellent service all around. After describing our needs regarding set up of our mattress, he recommended the coconut coir pad, and I'm so glad he did -- it will work beautifully for us. Also, he walked me through how he was going to hold the order so that our new mattress wouldn't arrive when we'll be out of town. Thanks so much, Marc! And to your supervisor, you should definitely do what you can to hold onto this employee! : )
View on GoogleI've slept on Avocado Green mattresses for years, they are amazing. Recently went into the Bellevue store to look at options for an additional bed. The store is beautifully set up, and I had wonderful service from Jack who let me take my time and helped me figure out my best options. Highly recommend!
View on GoogleEDIT: Warranty management contacted me and has agreed to replace my mattress and even offered a refund if desired. Really appreciate their understanding on this. Buyer beware. I was sent a mattress that developed extreme mold in 2 months time. I have had it protected and on slatted, ventilated bed frame per their trial guidelines. The shipment was in awful shape and the company has repeatedly denied my warranty claim. I am now out $3500 in a matter of 2 months. Worst consumer experience of my life.
View on GoogleI have been researching non-toxic organic mattresses for my daughter as she's getting her first "big girl" bed. I was very impressed with Avocado's customer service compared to other companies. Before my purchase, I chatted with Jack and he was able to assist me with shipping and sale questions. He even offered to personally oversee the shipping of the mattress so that it arrived on time for my daughter's birthday! Their customer service was enough to make my decision easier. Thank you!
