We had an outstanding experience with Rick Pobanz at the Tempur-Pedic Flagship Store. We arrived at the store when it was close to closing time and Rick treated us as if the store had just opened, full of attention, answered all of our questions in detail and guided us on our shopping experience. While I haven’t received and tested our new mattress yet (so I can’t rate the actual mattress), our shopping experience was excellent! Thanks Rick!

The store is very comfortable (it also smells really good with their signature scent). Be sure to ask for Rick, you’ll be in great hands. Our bed is fantastic, too!

Thank goodness we found you. Finally we found someone that knows what they’re talking about regarding Terpur products. Rick was very helpful and didn’t rush us and no pressure sales.
