Tempur-Pedic Flagship Store

Absolutely amazing experience! Kristin, the store's Team Lead, was kind, patient, and willing to go above and beyond to find the sleep system that is right for me. I was able to try out multiple beds and pillows, and to spend enough time to understand the differences between each one and how my body felt on them. I also received an impressive demonstration of the ProSmart bed base. Kristin assisted me with understanding any cost-saving and financing options available to me, which is going to help with such a major purchase. Although I needed to wait to purchase a sleep system in order to measure for size, I was matched with a new pillow for my current mattress, which gave me the best night of sleep I've had in a while! I look forward to making a mattress and base purchase soon, and will definitely be shopping with the Southlake Flagship for my Tempur-Pedic Sleep System. Thanks again to everyone for their hospitality and eagerness to make my visit such a pleasant and enjoyable one!

Yesterday my husband and I visited the Tempur-Pedic Flagship Store in Southlake, TX, in order to purchase a new king bed to replace the split king Tempur-Pedic bed we have owned for many years. We were of course already aware of the very high quality of Tempur-Pedic mattresses, but we were amazed at the new technologies Tempur-Pedic has developed to improve comfort and enhance sleep. We were assisted in our search by Kristin, who is a Team Lead at the store. Her professionalism, detailed knowledge, and relaxed and friendly approach made for a delightful shopping experience. Kristin spent several minutes getting to know us before we even started looking at mattresses. As we tested a few different models of mattress and adjustable base unit, she answered all of our questions and helped us narrow down the alternatives and choose the one that would be best for us. She has a wealth of information about every aspect of each available mattress and base unit. Our shopping experience was unhurried and unpressured. In addition to helping us choose the model that would suit us best, Kristin's commitment to providing top-notch customer service before, during, and after delivery really impressed us. We are looking forward eagerly to enjoying our new Tempur-Pedic bed!

I wish I could give a 5 Star review as well. A two Star review almost seems unfair since our salesman Jason was very knowledgeable and helpful. It was the store manager, Kristen, who was rather rude and did not give the customer service one would have expected. Our Tempur-pedic split King was a $13,000 purchase so I would have thought the store would have been more helpful when a customer has questions. I’m sure this bed will last us for years so they are not concerned about repeat customers. We like the bed but next time I’m sure we won’t go to the Southlake location. Customer service and kindness makes a difference.

Kristin was so great helping us today! She was so patient, showed us all of our options, and let us explore all ways of financing/discounts/credits that could be applied! We left with a bed and would say it was successful!

I had an awesome time being throughly informed and trying out the Pro Luxe Soft Queen Mattress pricing at $4899.00. Pretty pricey to afford for medically necessity. 🫠I'm taking Good Will Donations with A Thank You Very Much🫡
