Tempur-Pedic Flagship Store

Today my husband and went into the tempur-pedic store in Rancho Cucamonga. I have never experienced the level of customer service that was provided by Matthew Arns! If you want an education in how to achieve perfect healing sleep, look no further. We were looking for a new topper and pillows for our bed and Matt took so much time showing us how to use our existing motorized base to achieve optimal pressure relief. The place we bought our original Tempur Pedic Mattress from never took the time to explain this. When we purchase our next bed we will absolutely be coming to Mathew! If you have been in the market for a bed, topper or pillows, I highly recommend making this your first stop, you won’t need a second.

It was a pleasure meeting Tom and his team yesterday. They were incredibly helpful in guiding my mom and me through the process of selecting the right mattress and frame for my dad following his triple heart surgery. Tom took his time explaining the features of each mattress in detail, helping us understand which option would best support my dad’s needs — especially considering his chronic back issues. He was transparent about pricing, ensured there were no hidden fees, and clearly explained why these beds are a worthwhile long-term investment with strong ROI. Tom was one of the kindest, most patient, and knowledgeable people we’ve worked with. We never felt rushed or pressured, and we truly appreciated his professionalism and care. Thank you again, Tom, for being so amazing.

We went to the store late, near closing. We did not expect that we will get the best treatment that we were given by Matthew. He showed us all the models and the choices without any pressure into buying anything. He was kind and very informative. He also gave us some insights about sleep.

My husband and I walked in and were immediately greeted by Orlando. We explained that we wanted information on the Tempur-Pedic mattress options. Although we made our intentions clear that we were not going to make a purchase today, he proceeded to show us the various options that could meet our needs. He was friendly, thorough and patient. We will definitely be coming back when we are ready to purchase.

We really liked Orlando’s approach with the sale. There was never any feeling of pressure or redirection relative to types or prices of mattresses. He totally let us go through our own organic process on selecting the ones we liked the best.
