Joe helped us and he was fantastic. He was patient and knowledgeable. We were there for 2 hrs trying beds and at no time did he rush us. He was very professional and let us take our time. He showed how to care For mattress and gave us a good discount to buy pillows. Mattresses were ridiculously expensive but it’s an investment for your back and health and service was great so if you have to buy a tempurpedic, come here.

From the moment I walked in, the experience felt completely different from a typical mattress store. Joe, the Store Manager, is incredibly knowledgeable, patient, and professional. He took the time to truly understand my sleep needs, explained the differences between models without any pressure, and made sure I felt confident in my decision rather than rushed into one. Cynthia, the Team Lead, was equally outstanding. She was attentive, friendly, and incredibly thorough, making sure every question was answered and every detail was handled smoothly. Just bought a brand new split king pro adapt with pro smart base from Kingsley Egbosimba at the Melrose Flagship store in Los Angeles and it was an amazing experience !!! He helped us pick out the perfect mattresses and pillows and was very patient while we tried out different options. He also didn’t try and upsell but listened to our needs and we left the store with a great feeling. we HIGHLY recommended tempurpedic and Kingsley!
