Tempur-Pedic Flagship Store

We first visited the Melrose location and later the Pasadena location, where we worked with Darius both times. He was excellent patient, never pushy, and kept us in the loop the whole way. The store is beautiful with thoughtful touches like sheet samples to match your mattress. Thanks to Darius, the process was smooth and we can’t wait for our new bed!

Ulises was extremely helpful in helping my wife and chose the correct Tempur-Pedic. He took his time asking us questions to see which one fit our sleeping style. The Probreeze that he recommended ended up being the one we got. Thank you for your help! Definitely, recommend asking for him when you’re there.

My wife and I had an amazing experience here. We will definitely come back for another bed in the near future. Ask for Ulysses; he will take care of you. This man is a legend. He was super attentive and helped us pick out the most phenomenal bed ever. I would give him 10 stars if I could.

My wife and I wanted to test the firmness of the mattress before we committed to purchasing one and we’re so glad we stopped by their flagship store in Pasadena. We were kindly greeted by Tristan and he was very helpful in showing us the different features and firmness levels of each bed. He also walked us through all of the pillow options and mattress cover options so that we would have the best set up moving forward. We loved the feel of the ‘medium’ mattress but decided to go with ‘firm’ for the most support.
