Purchased a blue tag sectional with recliners that the sales lady ensured me was a quality sectional. It is a year 1 1/2 old. In less than 6 months one of the pulls on the recliner broke. They repaired it at no cost. Now the one they repaired and another one is broke. Called and I was told they weren’t supposed to repair it free the first time but since I hadn’t had it that long, they repaired it. This time it would be $80 for each piece and $100 labor since they could be fixed at the same time. I’m very disappointed that they do not warranty blue tag items. I will not be doing business there again. The last sectional I purchased was from Haverty’s we had at least 15 years the only reason I gave it to our son was because my husband wanted a couch with recliners. My advice…DON’T BUY BLUE!

We were helped by very courteous sales people and found the perfect sofa and chair. The customizing was easy and even though we waited 3 weeks, the pieces are perfect! Our delivery guys were friendly, helpful, patient and very careful with the house and items. While not inexpensive, between the quality of the furniture, the service of the sales staff and delivery crew, I would say it was worth it.

Candy was so helpful and spent time with us figuring out what we needed and wanted. We made several trips and each visit we always felt welcomed and she helped when trying to make a decision and giving us different options. The office lady's were also very nice and helpful. They seem to work very well as a team. We also enjoyed talk with the manager very nice man. Thank you Texas Furnature we will be tell everyone to shop at this store. We just moved from Vemont to Texas needing alot of furniture for our new house!

Candy was my saleswoman. She was very nice and extremely knowledgeable. I was able to find well built pieces that were both unique and in my price range. While there are definitely some pricey pieces, I was able to find everything I needed within reason especially when you consider other vendors and what youd get for the same price. The owner even came out and spoke with me. A really outstanding local place that you will be able to find the most gorgeous furniture. Definitely worth a shot, even for those on a budget.

We love this furniture store. Candy helped us find what we needed twice. They always have excellent service. What you see in their store is what they have in stock, which is great in these uncertain Covid days of major shipping delays. No waiting 5+ months for your furniture if you see what you want. Highly recommend. They are now our go-to furniture store in the area.
