Sleep Number

It was a pleasant experience. The lady I dealt with knew her business and she was very knowledgeable and understood what I was needing. We went over several different plans and I chose the one that I bought of course. She was very friendly and she was knowledgeable if she did not rush the sale at all absolutely no pressure from her.

2 1/2 yrs ago we spent over 10K dollars for our sleep number bed. Currently the left side foot warmer not working. Called customer service and they said they were going to charge $190 for a service call/tech. Asked for a courtesy service call. They refused. Terribly over price bed & too expensive for service tech. Beware if you are considering in purchasing Sleep number bed. Overpriced. Look around for compatible beds that are less expensive and have better service.

Great Product, Great People, but their warranty and exchange policies leave a lot to be desired. This is a high risk purchase for two reasons. One. You actually have only a 100% coverage for two years. After 2 years you are responsible for 25% of the cost going up 4% every year. So you could very well end up paying 100s of dollars to repair a bed while you are still paying it off. That is not customer friendly and offers no peace of mind what so ever. Two. They will charge you at the minimum 250$ for any exchange or return. More if the price of the mattress goes up between the time you ordered it and the time you exchanged it. They are not entirely upfront about this either. Its a great product, but you are going to assume the vast majority of the risk associated with this purchase. If I knew this before I got mine I would have never made the purchase. I had order a split King adjustable. Did not like how bad the bed moved and the crack widened. So I opted to exchange for a flex top king and sheets. I will end up paying approx 700$ in total for this exchange. And to the response below. If I am only hearing about these terms and conditions when the delivery is all said and done. That is not a sufficient notice. Customer's should be informed before they make the final purchase.

Customer service from the company itself is awful. We have a problem with a mattress we have had less than a month, and they want to charge us for a service charge to come look at it. When you call customer service they can’t speak English. I talked to a supervisor named Donald and he was terrible and has no people skills. The local store people are great though. The product is good. Christy, the store manager is awesome.

Great experience with the sales lady.. She was very friendly and was able to answer all questions we had. Our old mattress is 9 years old but due to my sleep problems we were looking at other beds. The experience this time provided more information as to types of beds and all the updates. We were very pleased with this experience.
