Wr had a great experience. We went in only to test a few mattresses we read about online, but they were so helpful we ended up buying one from them. They beat some online prices and honored the longer warranties I found online. The salesperson was great. She didn't push us in one direction or another, just pointed out options and her opinions on what would work for us. She didn't try to steer us towards something more expensive. It was refreshing.
View on GoogleWe went in a were helped by Carmen. Super knowledgeable and not pushy about making a sale. We got delivery within a few days, the delivery guys were great and showed up exactly when they said they would. We’re a week in on new mattress and so far it’s been wonderful. I highly recommend using these folks and asking for Carmen!
View on GoogleCompletely professional and knowledgeable on all aspects of the business! There was no high pressure sales pitch for the most expensive model, Carmen actually listened to what we needed and gave us her opinion on the models that would work best for our needs! 10/10 would highly recommend the Mattress Firm.
View on GoogleThey were so helpful & answered my questions fully. We bought 2 mattresses & 4 queen pillows. They worked quickly with the paperwork & setting up the delivery. Very good experience.
View on GoogleMy goal today was to go to several stores today to find a mattress to last me the rest of my life with price as a pretty important factor. Went into mattress firm first (& closest) left there with a purchase. Carmen was all important in my choice she knew her product very well and explained all details. I never felt under pressure and am now looking forward to my new mattress. My experience went better than expected, delivery was faster than expected and I’m and I can’t wait to use it next week. thank you Carmen. (Price was not as important as I thought it was)!
