Texas Mattress Makers - Baybrook

This was truly the best experience I've had buying a mattress. I needed a custom mattress for an antique "three-quarter" bed, and Heather was amazing! I dropped in to ask ton of questions, and she really knew everything about the products and processes to get me exactly what I needed. I went home and measured one last time armed with information, and then called Heather at the store to place the order. While on the phone, she was super patient with me when she questioned if a measurement might be off, and I re-measured. I landed on the 2" bunkie board as the base to go on top of the slats on the bed with a 10" mattress since the bed is already so tall. The mattress arrived 7 days later and fit PERFECTLY thanks to Heather's questions about my measurements and patience! The delivery guys were great getting it in and helping me make sure the slats were in place for the bunkie board. When I get ready for another mattress, I will absolutely be back. The pictures attached show the bunkie board, followed by the mattress, and then the finished product. Truly a perfect fit for a family heirloom.

From start to finish the experience was incredible. I came in and had savanna( I believe that was her name) help me choose a bed for me and the wife as well as mattress for my boys. She took her time and explained each comfort and of course let me try it out, she did not rush or pressure me into something I didn’t want. She took her time with the paperwork and explained everything to me and set a date for delivery. As the day came closers I reached out to follow up and Heather help me out over the phone looking into my appointments and time frame to ensure that it would arrive. As I got the text of my time I was able to get live updates the day of, the driver reached out to me for a 25-30 min call to let me know he would be there. When they arrived they wasted no time and got straight to work, they set up my boys mattress and then put together my wife and I bed frame in less than 10 mins. These guys were awesome and very courteous, bed was firm just how I asked. I had the best experience and best sleep I’ve had in 5 years, I would highly recommend this place as they will take care of you and ensure your comfort. Thank you to all that was involved

Just purchased a king mattress from Texas mattress makers, Baybrook. Miss Heather was beyond helpful and educated us while answering all of our questions. The customer service and the price was well worth it. Thank you, Miss Heather. Def upgraded because we used to have an IKEA mattress which was no where near the quality of Texas Mattress Makers mattresses!!!

After seeing the commercials and the Owner on TV, I decided that it was time for a new mattress. I went in to the Baybrook location and the moment we walked in, we were greeted with a big smile and a warm embrace. The salesman “Ash” that helped me decide on the type of mattress I needed, was very helpful, concerning and most importantly supportive in me getting the right mattress that fits my needs. “All of their mattress are made to order”!! Ash also gave me some suggestions for when my mattress arrives and was set up and ready for me to sleep on, he said if for any reason it doesn’t work out, or feel uncomfortable, please call and let them know and they would replace it for another mattress that would fit my concerns. I would definitely recommend Texas Mattress Makers to anyone who needs a new mattress for any reason, to please call them or give them a visit in the store to get your mattress sized just for you. Their work speaks for itself!! Thank me later!!!

Very impressed with the knowledgeable staff, quality product and price! They did not try to upsell me a more expensive mattress, but encouraged me to try the lower price one if it worked for me. My husband and I can both have changes made to mattress later if needed….. it can be different on each side! It was delivered in 2 days w no delivery fee. Excited to try my new mattress!
