Texas Mattress Makers - Baytown

The Baytown location has a nice showroom, lori the sales person was very helpful in showing me the various mattresses available for my Murphy bed and made the entire process for checking out the material and comfort for the mattress I bought as well as setting up delivery. Jose and his assistant were friendly and efficient in delivering and placing our new mattress on our Murphy bed. I would recommend Texas mattress as a quality company to do business with.

When I received my mattress I didn't realize or think about the thickness of the mattress. It was a 13 inch mattress. So folks you need to realize the showcase rooms are big. Laurie who helped me with the right mattress was great. I was going to return it because my feet didn't touch the floor. I have slept on it for 2 nights and I didn't toss and turn, my shoulders didn't hurt either. I also purchased the pillow and my neck didn't hurt either. I am so pleased with my purchase. Thank you Laurie.

At my chiropractor's advice that I could use an adjustable bed for my back issues, I started reviewing a couple of firms in Baytown. Settled on TMM and loved the experience with them and my sales professional, Lori, who was very knowledgeable. It had been 18 years since I bought my last mattress so I knew nothing about any current trends, new products, etc. No high pressure sales tactics were used. Lori gave me a great deal on my adjustable frame and Quantum mattress. Delivery individuals were very courteous as well. Now I'm enjoying my mattress which was delivered in about 12 days. Check out TMM for your next mattress upgrade. I liked the fact that their mattresses are made right here in Texas.

I was in the market to finally get rid of my water bed bladder type mattress. Mattress Makers had an ad on TV that claimed to make a mattress to fit and in custom firmness. I went to the Mattress Makers store in Baytown close to my home. The sales person Essie help me select the type of firmness I was looking for. She took the time to explain the different types and i selected the custom size and firmness for my needs. The matress was delivered that next Saturday and fit perfect. It's about 1 inch above the side of my waterbed frame. I slept really good the first night without waking with sore spots or numb arms or legs. I am really happy with my decision and purchase from Mattress Makers.

Very helpful and worked hard to make sure we got what we needed. This is our 4th mattress from TMM and we will continue using them over any others.
