They took my money and ran. I put a deposit down for a loft bed for 8-10 weeks that turned into 12 weeks and no communication. Lots of excuses but no answers. Working on getting my money back. Found a place in NJ that has the same inventory and will deliver to Long Island, no taxes and a better price. Matt from Kids Bedroom Gallery said he will have a delivery date for me in under 3 weeks. I will update my review after delivery. Update: Kids Bedroom Gallery was exceptional! Five stars...Their customer service is the best. Matt Sr communicated with me every step of the way. The delivery team called me days before to confirm the details. They showed up on time and assembly was smooth. The bed is sturdy and beautiful! I couldn't be happier. Thank you Kids Bedroom Gallery, you have a life long customer in me.

Extremely friendly and professional family owned business. Kelly is the best; so knowledgeable, pleasant and helpful. We got the perfect nursery set (beautiful and great quality) and everything was so easy from picking everything out, to ordering, to delivery and assembly. Kelly was supportive and communicative throughout the entire process. So much better of an experience than going to a big-box store. You may pay a little more for that reason, but to us it was well worth it!

The most incredible, professional experience with Kelly at The Bedroom Source. We ordered a recliner for our nursery and she constantly updated us with arrival time and made sure the process ran smoothly. Also appreciated that she was honest with delivery turn around time and she was correct to the exact week! Will definitely be ordering more furniture soon.

I’ve had a fantastic experience! The team came and measured the room and drew up several floor plans to ensure my furniture would fit. My furniture was delivered without issue and when I had questions or concerns down the line (nothing due to the store’s service), they quickly addressed. I would definitely go back!

A few years back I ordered my son's furniture through The Bedroom Source, wonderful experience. In February, I ordered my daughter's furniture through The Bedroom Source. Where is her furniture?! I never received a delivery date and her furniture was expected in May. I have gotten nothing but the run around. I informed the company (or lackthereof) to cancel the order and contacted my credit card company to dispute the charge. Just say that you are going out of business, and do the right thing, do not take new orders. Give people their money back!!!
