He took the time to thoroughly explain each Tempur-Pedic mattress and walked us through the differences in a way that was clear, patient, and never overwhelming. He was just as knowledgeable about the pillows and helped us understand which options would work best for our needs. His customer service was outstanding! Super comfy mattress and the ease adjustable frame is super simple to work. Also the sales staff were very helpful and pleasant. They listened to my concerns and needs and found the perfect product. Even with the snowstorm they made sure the delivery to me on time. The white glove set up service was perfect. I purchased it for my mom to have at home when she cane home from hospital after hip surgery. She loves it.
