I received very high quality and courteous customer service from Rochelle at the R & F Carle Place location. Rochelle kept in constant communication with me regarding my purchases, even when she was overseas! Such a conscientious individual! The Stearns and Fosters mattress she guided me too is a fantastic, ultra plush masterpiece with exquisite stitching, comfort and fabric. My sleep is unparalleled. Probably the best mattress I’ve ever slept on with no need to break in. I call it “my mattress from heaven”. Also, outdoor furniture she helped me purchase for my balcony made of eucalyptus wood is so charming I want to keep it inside. Delivery was flawless and my previous mattress was removed very expeditiously. I loved working with this company and will definitely purchase from them again. Thank you!

The customer service in store is great. However, once you put down your deposit, it takes forever for them to schedule delivery or even send the correct payment link. Communication was sparse and we waited weeks to finally receive a corrected payment link. We were better of just placing the order online.
