The Furniture Mart

Came in today to look for different options for our living room. Kathryn helped us find so many options and gave her honest opinion which helped so much. She ended up finding us exactly what we were looking for. She explained things so well and gave us confidence in the choice of furniture we purchased today. Definitely will be coming back for future furniture needs. Awesome experience.

Austin did a great job helping me pick out some furniture for my living room. He was very patient and was thorough in explaining options and answered the many question I had. He made sure I understood the discount, warranty, delivery and choices I had to look at. Look him up if you are looking for some new furniture. He's the best!

Every time I need anything furniture, I come to The Furniture Mart. I have always found what I needed. Donald Farnsworth has been an exceptional help on a couple of these occasions. This time, he helped me find the bed that I needed so desperately. He was patient with me while I considered which bed that I needed. He gave me information that helped me make a more informed decision. Letting me know about the warranties which is important for such a large purchase. Also letting me know that if I purchased a mattress cover that I would be able to try the bed out for up to 120 days and return it if I found it wasn't the right one for me. This made it much easier for me since it was such a large purchase. I have been putting off doing this because I was afraid to spend so much money and worried that it wouldn't be the right one. I have rods in my back which causes chronic pain. I am looking forward to having my bed delivered. I have been sleeping on an air mattress for way too long. Thank you, Donald for all of your help.

Worked with Donald F who was extremely helpful, honest, and provided top notch customer service. He wasn’t too pushy and gave me all the information to come to the products that work best for me. Highly recommend.

Austin was awesome! His approach was more of a friend looking out for you and what is best for you than a sales person trying to make a sale. He listened to our issues and concerns to truly help guide us to what would be best long term!
