She took the time to understand exactly what we were looking for and helped us find the perfect colors and leather options for our furniture. She was knowledgeable, attentive, and made the experience easy and enjoyable. We appreciate her help and would highly recommend working with her.

Kari Lee was a fantastic sales rep who went above and beyond to make sure that everything was exactly what we needed and wotkrf for us. My partner utilizes a wheelchair and her first concern was to make sure that he was going to be able to functionally use the furniture we were purchasing. I Highly recommend furniture mart! Definitely ask for Kari Lee when you arrive!

We ordered a beautiful off white Steinway sofa from Furniture Mart in Shakopee. The first delivery the guys opened it with the box cutter knife haphazardly in the entryway, had a hard time getting it upstairs, nicked the ceiling but eventually made it up the stairs. After they left we noticed a little cut & dark stain (both small) on the right bottom corner. We called to see what to do about it and they offered a few suggestions including an exchange. We were very hopeful. Scheduled time off of work a second time to be there for the delivery. The same delivery guys opened it on the truck and called me out to see a big gash in the back of the sofa. Looked to me like a box cutter cut. We called FM customer care and they put in another order for exchange. This time, (#3) we asked them to take the packaging off slowly indoors. When everything was unwrapped, there was a dark stain on the left arm of the sofa. We refused delivery of that one because that stain was more noticeable than the first couch cut & stain. We called customer service and they offered that a technician could come and take a look at it but that it would be 6-8 weeks because they wanted to put an order in for fabric as well. At this point, I had missed three days of work to be there. We did not want to wait 6 to 8 weeks to see if it could be fixed. We are fairly certain that the delivery crew is just a little bit too sloppy with cutting open the packaging and hauling in white sofas. Gloves are dirty, cutting open is rough. Super sweet guys but how does that happen with 3 sofas? We ended up ordering a similar sofa from HOM/Dock86. They delivered it on the first try with no issues. Furniture Mart refunded the sofa only. We had to make another call to customer care to request the delivery fee be refunded.

Kari was an amazing help today as we looked around for a basement couch and storage ottoman - we found exactly what we were looking for without any pressure from the sales team. We will always come here first for any furniture inspiration!

Ahmad was super helpful with our furniture purchase!! He was very attentive and great at recommending options that fit our style! We have gotten a few furniture pieces from the store, and worked with him, and every time it is a pleasure. Would definitely recommend if you are coming into furniture mart, to ask for Ahmad!
