We came in looking for a specific rocker recliner, Whitlock Caramel. Alvin Fritsche took us directly to the chair we were looking for. After my wife and I sat in it and checked the functioning of the chair we decided this is what we want. The purchase process went smoothly and delivery was scheduled around our schedule. View on GoogleDarien made sure I was able to get my dream couch and was even able to help me figure out the best layout based on pictures of my space. Edit- half my couch was delivered the other day and I reached out and talked with Darien. Sadly other pieces are on backorder in the color I want but they are sending pieces of a different color to make sure that I have a complete set. Appreciate Darien and his manger for making sure I am set and finding a solution with the back order.

Justin, the manager at the North Branch store, worked with us to find the exact right set. Justin moved the recliner my husband loved over to the couch and love seat we both preferred, so we could imagine the grouping in our home. We appreciated the extra steps Justin took to make us happy and get the sale. He worked with us to get 0% financing and a $300 Mastercard gift card. I practically skipped out of Ashley! Management, give Justin a raise! He earned it.
