The morning of delivery our family had a change of plans. I hopped in the phone and they Darin was very accommodating and helpful I was thrilled. The delivery guys were great too. Unfortunately when folding the mattress for moving it, the employee folded it the wrong way and bent some of the support wires. Now the one side has a bend/indent in it which isn't covered under warranty because it was folded incorrectly.
