I wish I could give 0 stars. I also wish I read the reviews before trying to purchase a couch from here. WORST FURNITURE BUYING EXEPERIENCE EVER. DO NOT BUY FROM HERE. You will waste your time and your money.
Long Story short, My husband and I purchased a couch from them Sep 17, and then they scheduled our delivery for the following week. The day before, I haven't heard anything from them so I call them and they tell me they don't have any deliveries set up for the next day... After a bit of back and forth, they end up confirming my delivery.
The next day, my delivery day, I don't hear from them during my delivery window so I call them and they once again tell me they don't have a delivery scheduled for today!! I HAD JUST CONFIRMED IT YESTERDAY. Turns out they didn't even order our couch when we purchased it so it wasn't even in their warehouse to be delivered.
We then cancel our order and request our refund and they've been giving us the runaround ever since! They'll continually tell you "Oh ya, you'll for sure get t by X date" and then that day rolls around, you'll call again, and they'll push it back again. They also have THE WORST customer service and do not give a shit about you or your money.
As of today, Oct 8th, I just called again and he informed me that they still haven't even STARTED processing our refund because their accounting person has been out sick for a few days. Okay, but this refund was supposed to be processed TWO WEEKS AGO.... He swears now that it'll be processed on Thursday, which means we'd receive it in another7-10 business days after that even if they do process it then.
I don't believe him, so we've gone ahead and disputed it with our credit card, as well as submitted a formal complaint with the Better Business Bureau in hopes of protecting others from going through what we've gone through with them, as well as many many others have gone through it seems from all their other reviews.
Save yourself the time, stress, and trouble. We ended up purchasing from Bob's Discount Furniture and had the same price, sane couch, and excellent customer service. I recommend that place!

I regret not reading the reviews before purchasing and I regret purchasing my couches there. My sofa recliner was faulty, they sent over a technician and he stated I needed a new couch. I do not understand why they cannot send me a new couch and pick up old one too simple right. Meanwhile, I have been getting the run around, they finally picked up the couch and it has been 9 days and no new couch. To make my frustration worse the Manager Joel just being dismissive, the worst customer service I have ever experienced.

looking for a bedroom set, sofa, love seat, dinning set and more? This is the place for you. We bought our bedroom set here years back, and its still in great condition. Came here today and found the perfect bed frame and mattress for us. The only prob we had was they didnt have the color of the frame that we like. Thats the only thing they should improve i guess, have more options to choose from.

We had been clients for the past 14 yrs. Our last set of purchases was a dining room and a queen mattress set that was supposed to have a 10 yr warranty. The mattress set was bought back in 12/2021 and on 09/2024 we reported the mattress had lumps and sinking in some places. The manager said they wouldn't be a problem in getting a replacement under warranty, they just told my husband to send photos and they would take care of it in a couple of weeks. My husband kept calling every other week to see what was going on, because the mattress is getting worse. They answered that they were checking on deliveries and would call back with an answer, which of course… never did. In December 2024 my husband and myself because extremely upset by the situation, so my husband called only for them to say they had a customer with the same name and mistakenly delivered our mattress to that customer. We told them we would sure them, and their response was that they were not denying our replacement and they promised to send it asap. Well, of course it didn't happen either. On 01/06/2025 they sent an inspector to check our mattress and confirmed it was defective and they would send our new one within the next week. Its now 02/12/2025 and we cannot sleep in our bed because is extremely uncomfortable. We of course not getting any answers from them at this point and we are going to go wherever we can to tell people to avoid this place at all costs. We got scammed with something that doesnt even do its purpose and they are not responsible for selling defective items
