We found them through Facebook marketplace and communication was great. Aisha and Joel were super flexible and friendly and were able to meet up the same day we contacted them. We met Aisha at the store and she is so personable and kind— we were in a tough spot budget-wise and they were able to help us to find something we were really happy with and could afford! We were able to try all the mattresses and didn’t feel rushed or pressured at all! Definitely recommend, especially if you’re looking for somewhere where you will feel comfortable and won’t feel embarrassed to try things out!! Really great experience :)

Im glad I purchased a mattress from box drop they were very friendly and professional. I wanted to give my new mattress a trial period before reviewing and so far it’s been very comfortable and is what I was looking for in a bed I purchased the queen size fairmount extra firm, took about a week and a half to break it in I did have to switch around to soften it up but it’s been worth it! I can tell this mattress will last me a long time!
