Called to get some info. Fernando was nice and attentive. Ended call by saying I’d be in on Monday morning (open at 10). I got calls and texts Sunday evening while at dinner and Monday morning by ~9 am. Last one saying he canceled plans the night before to help me and can I at least acknowledge the texts … all this before I was getting ready for the day. If you had just waited an HOUR for me to show up, you’d have a sale! Being pushy and acting like I owe you anything before our agreed upon meeting time is a great way to lose customers! STAY AWAY. DO NOT BOTHER WITH THIS PLACE. HORRIBLE BUSINESS PRACTICES.

This guy is the most kind person I have ever met. Easy to talk to. He is a happy person. I've done business with him several times. If you are not happy with his mattress he will give your your money back or find the mattress you are looking for. I've never had a problem. Always left a happy customer. He even delivers for free.

We got a tempur-pedic mattress from Fernando for about 70% off. We were looking for Black Friday deals but no mattress store could beat, or come close to, his prices. Fernando is an outstanding person overall and a pleasure to work with. He is honest and enthusiastic about customer experience. He genuinely wants you to find the right mattress and is very knowledgeable about the industry. He basically buys new, excess inventory from big mattress stores that are being replaced by newer models. The main difference here is that there is no show room and that you need to test the mattresses still on a plastic bag in front of a warehouse. Also, there is no warranty and the mattresses will most likely have a tag that indicates this. What you get in return is a huge discount. You need to call Fernando to set an appointment. During this initial phone call, tell him exactly what you're looking for so that you know in advance what options he has. Then look at details/reviews online to have a better idea by the time you get to the warehouse. This made our experience seamless! Needless to say, when people tell me that they're looking for a mattress, I will refer them to Fernando!
