My girlfriend and I recently visited this Mattress Firm just to look around and get an idea of what we wanted, and even though we didn’t end up buying anything, we had an amazing experience thanks to Nick. He was incredibly knowledgeable, patient, and never made us feel pressured at all. He took the time to answer all of our questions and genuinely wanted to help us find the right fit. Customer service like that is hard to come by these days. When we’re ready to buy, we’ll definitely be coming back because of him. Thanks again, Nick!

I very rarely leave reviews, but I can’t even begin to say how impressed I am with Kristin our sales associate. She worked with us to find exactly what we wanted, she was patient and understanding the entire time. She went beyond and above when I was in between two mattresses. Unlike a lot of salespeople she wasn’t pushy at all which was a HUGE thing for us. She listened to what we were having problems with and came up with different solutions with our budget. She also really sold us on the adjustable frame, not sure I’ll be able to live without one again! I will definitely be recommending mattress firm and Kristin specifically!
