John Severson was an excellent sales representative who carefully listened to what we were shopping for in our mattress preference. He was extremely helpful and knowledgeable. Transaction and delivery were perfect. Highly recommend this store. The delivery driver and assistant were very careful and respectful of our home, and like John, are highly recommended.

We had a great experience at The Mattress Factory in Harleysville. We had two crazy kiddos with us when we went to try out mattresses and the employees were super nice and incredibly helpful. After telling them what we were looking for, they showed us several mattresses and were able to give us a lot of information about each one. The delivery driver called 30 minutes before coming as requested and was done within 5 minutes of arriving. 5 stars!

Our visit was incredibly easy and smooth... We had an emergency situation where we needed a mattress, box spring, and bed frame and the representative, Dwight, was super helpful and kind in helping us pick the best solution. This is our second time shopping with you guys and for all our mattress needs we will be returning!!

We had a great experience. We explained what we were looking for and Dwight quickly helped us narrow it down to a few options at different price points. From there it was no pressure and we found exactly what we were looking for. They had a great selection and made for a great shopping experience, wish we would have started here.

I was provided with exactly what I requested for a mattress and adjustable base in a timely, friendly manner. I believe I was in and out of the store with my mattress and adjustable base purchase in less than a half hour. They will even deliver it on a Sunday, so no worries interrupting a work day! Cheers to John S. for making my day with this birthday gift purchase to my daughter!
