Mattress Firm Lansdale

Adam the manager of the Landsdale store in Pa., was very knowledgeable, helpful and kind. He did not pressure me at all like most salesman, which put me at ease. More importantly my wife has a TBI (brain injury). Normally she can’t go into stores as she gets overwhelmed and afraid. Adam presence, demeanor and the way he carried himself kept her at ease throughout her time in the store. She wanted to originally get a mattress on line and just try out the different types of beds (foam, purple, intercom springs and various hybrids), so she knew what to look for and order. Adam showed her the different beds (pillows also) at the store and took his time with her. In the end she fell in love with one of the hybrids (Sealy posturepedic Elite Hybrid High Point II) and didn’t want to get anything else. My wife is a very restless sleeper and I was a bit surprised when in trying out the bed she simply went still. She was relaxed and comfortable with both the bed and one of the charcoal pillows. I’ve not seen her relaxed like that in years. That alone sold me on the bed I hope our little experience helps someone else out there, find some happiness. Happy bed shopping

Love this store experience. MJ is very knowledgeable and was great to work with to find the best bed for us. Adam the store manager was also very helpful and supportive during our store experience. Give them a try in your search for new bedding and you won't be disappointed..

Amazing experience at the Lansdale Mattress Firm! I had an absolutely outstanding experience at the Lansdale Mattress Firm, and I can’t say enough good things about Adam. From the moment I walked in, he took the time to really listen to my needs, answer every question, and make sure I was comfortable with my decision. There was zero pressure — just honest advice and incredible customer service. Adam went above and beyond to take care of me and helped me find exactly what I was looking for at an unbelievable price. I truly felt taken care of better than I could have ever imagined. You can tell he genuinely cares about his customers and takes pride in what he does. If you’re in the market for a mattress, do yourself a favor and go to the Lansdale Mattress Firm and ask for Adam. This was hands-down one of the best retail experiences I’ve ever had. Thank you again!

Working with Adam was such an easy process. He was very knowledgeable about all the products and was able to help me pick out the best mattress for my needs. If you’re in the market for a mattress there’s no one better to work with than Adam.

We called Mattress Firm to order pillows and an adjustable bed frame. Adam was so knowledgeable, helpful, and courteous with all our requests. He had helped us make an earlier decision to use an adjustable bed frame for ease of changing the sheets and general sleep comfort. He was so right!! Now we are changing all the beds in our house to an adjustable frame. We highly recommend Adam at the Lansdale Mattress Firm for anyone looking for all things bed related!
