Mattress Firm Telford

Started out at Mattress Firm by a recommendation. Tim, at the Telford store, was our Sales person. We wanted to go from our queen to king. Mattress sale price was great. Bought the adjustable frame also. I researched this because of extreme insomnia. After trying out options, we found the perfect combination. With the Holiday weekend, they did have delivery service, still. Perfect! As for our experience, wonderful! Tim, could not have been more helpful! So easy to talk with, in between him with other customers. Incredibly easy and helpful with all of our questions. Definitely no pressure. Thank you, Tim. It was wonderful experience.

Jesus is a stellar salesman! My husband and I went into Mattress Firm to just browse and Jesus welcomed us with all knowledge and no pressure. He asked all the right questions and had us try a few different beds. There was no rush and no pushy sales tactics. It felt so good to deal with someone who genuinely wanted to get us a deal. Jesus is the real deal, real rap! We purchased our new mattress so easily. What a pleasure to have met Jesus!

I can't remember the sales person's name, but he generally works at the Quakertown location- he's a great salesman. He has a low key way while offering advice and options that put me at ease for this purchase. There was no hard sell or push to move me out of my budget. The store itself was clean with a good selection in multiple price ranges. I am glad Mattress Firm realizes not everyone can spend 5,000 on a mattress. Alternative options remained with good quality. It's a smart business move. I did not want to purchase a cheaper mattress online because I could not try it first. The mattress I chose was a king size for 1,500.00. Also- I appreciate that there is a free delivery option as I do not have a mattress that will need to be removed.

I had a wonderful experience shopping at Mattress Firm. Jesus was the sales rep who helped us, and he's incredibly friendly, knowledgeable, and helpful. He helped me get a wonderful Stearns and Foster mattress at an excellent price. I highly recommend.

After going to 4 mattress stores, I went to Mattress Firm. Adam and Alex helped me to find the appropriate mattress for my 93 year old mother who is having hip replacement surgery. They were both friendly and listened to the features of the mattress that my mother needed. They understood my mother's limitations. They set up 4 different mattresses for me to test and explained the different characteristics of each. The sale price of the mattress that I needed sealed the deal. It was a pleasure working with kind and caring people.
