The Mattress Hub Wichita (East)

Had a great experience at Mattress Hub! We last bought a mattress here 7 years ago, and after checking a couple of mattress stores in town, Mattress Hub was still the best choice. The salesman was absolutely the main reason this shopping experience was so pleasant. There was no pressure, and no judgment when we walked in and asked to be pointed to the sale items. Pricing was very clear and straightforward, and the salesman did not try to upsell us just for the sake of upselling which we really, really appreciated. He was very professional and kind. He even pulled a mattress and box spring out of the back for us to try since it was comparable to the one we bought 7 years ago, which had been discontinued. We ended up choosing a different mattress, but it was so nice that he did that for us. Can’t recommend this store enough, and can’t say enough good things about the salesman. Thank you so much!

Very helpful attendant who was quick with his assistance and straight to the point. We came in with no real knowledge about mattresses. He helped us figure out what preferences we had regarding firmness/softness, find something within our budget, and advised us on finding bed frames when we couldn't afford the ones they had. Excellent service overall. Will return to this place for any future mattress purchases.

I had a wonderful experience at Mattress Hub Wichita. The salesman was incredibly helpful, patient, and knowledgeable. He took the time to help me find the perfect adjustable mattress for my mother, explaining all the features and making sure we chose something that would meet her needs. My husband & I went to The Mattress Hub 10/13/25. Before we went in we figured we would get a pushy salesman like you get at a lot of furniture stores. We did not get that all. We got a very knowledgeable salesman that did not pressure us at all. It was a very pleasant experience. We bought a Quilt top mattress and cannot wait to get it. Thanks Grant for helping us!!
