I went in simply to look around, to see if the sales were real & if ads were true, and sure enough they were. I was greeted, and helped by Cesar J. and I can honestly say it was a great experience. He was very friendly and genuine when I walked in, he answered all of the questions that I had (many) and he was very prompt and professional. Cesar made sure that I got exactly what I wanted, in the style and size I needed today. He helped me with financing, and he wasn’t like any other salesman when you get denied by finance. He made sure I got what I went in for, and he was very helpful along the way. The outlet itself has a great variety of mattresses, bedrooms sets, and some couches, along with their catalogs. I had an overall great experience and I’d 100% recommend it.
