Ashlee was so kind and professional I bought three mattresses. She advised me when I picked a model she thought might not be best suited for my needs and I’m grateful for her guidance because a bed is a commitment. Ashlee also guided me on delivery and haul-away to save me money.

Ashlee our sales person was VERY helpful not pushy or not just trying to make a sale! Very knowledgeable and friendly! We would give Ashlee 10 stars! We bought a $4000+ mattress from her!

Buying our beds from Daniel at the Ming store in Bakersfield, CA.was wonderful. He was able to help us with good information, to be able to make a decision on the perfect mattress and base. I felt confident about the help Daniel offered us and he was very patient with us while making many changes to meet our needs. When walking in to the mattress firm store we were set in mind we weren't going to buy anything, WE WERE JUST LOOKING!! however with the great service and guidance of ashley the store manager we ended up buying not only a regular mattress but we got a tempur-pedic mattress, sheets and all. Her service was amazing 🤩. Ashley answered all of our question and explained the difference in the mattresses. GREAT SERVICE HIGHLY RECOMMEND
