View on GooglePaid $1000 @ this store 2yrs ago.. Paid $500 @ Mattress Firm Outlet 5yrs ago... SAME MATTRESS TYPE... What's the result? --> $500 mattress from Mattress Firm is in better shape years later. Tip: if you buy from this store "Original Mattress Factory", make certain to take advantage of the warranty before the FIRST year is done. Because the "12 year warranty" they preach about is really nothing.. you'll be stuck with a lemon 🍋
View on GoogleI purchased an orthopedic double side pillow top mattress 2 years ago. The store staff recommended placing stabilizer bars approximately 50% around the mattress. I started feeling mid back pain about 4 months ago. My spouse and I are sleep at the ends of the mattress. We flip the mattress as directed and as noted on the paper provided to us. We notice there is a slump in the pillow top mattress where we mostly sleep. I slept 2 days on our Dormeo mattress in the guest room and my pain was gone. I believe the pillow top has failed within two years. Unfortunately, I've lost my trust with this product. It is not what I paid for.
View on GoogleOur recent visit to this store was incredibly disappointing due to the behavior of an employee named Thomas Laney. Upon entering, there was no staff present at the front. My daughter urgently needed to use the restroom, so my wife walked with her toward the back, calling out to see if anyone was around. The restroom door was wide open, indicating it was accessible, and there were no signs stating otherwise. Suddenly, a man—presumably Thomas—began aggressively confronting my wife for being there. His tone and attitude were completely uncalled for, especially considering the door was open and the store was open for business. This interaction was not only unprofessional but downright disrespectful to a family trying to handle a basic need in a public space. It’s unacceptable to treat customers this way. We were shocked and deeply disappointed by the lack of courtesy and basic customer service.
