I was driving done north semoran blvd happened to see this store The Original Mattress Factory so I stoped well I’m so glad I did. This is a wonderful store. If you’re looking for mattresses give them a visit. They make the mattress themselves. Customer service was excellent. It was so excellent I came out with a whole bed.
View on GoogleWe just purchased our fourth Original Mattress Factory bed because we absolutely love the quality and service. Brian helped us choose the adjustable beds and mattresses we wanted. A different Brian kindly and quickly changed the mattress choice for me when I had regrets the next day. Tammy was extremely helpful with the delivery timing. Christian and Andrew were professional, efficient and extremely pleasant when they came to deliver and set up the beds. Another great experience with Original Mattress Factory! We will always recommend them when someone is looking for a new bed.
View on GoogleLast time I was here I was middle school. Got a twin mattress. loved it! Had an accident as a kid and unfortunately I destroyed the mattress. Well I inherited my mother’s Full size mattress at the time that she got from here years before. I just got rid of it (gave it to a friend in need of a mattress immediately) and got a king size bed. Just and awesome and comfortable as it always has been. Will need a guest room mattress soon and we will be returning.

The delivery was done within the three hour window and they gave us a heads up when they were about 10 minutes out.
View on GoogleWe've purchased from Original Mattress Factory twice now and have been thoroughly impressed with both the sales and service/delivery teams. We will continue to do our business here for any future mattress needs. While the "no frills" look and feel of the building and showroom may catch some shoppers off guard, the in-store experience is led by people who don't pressure you, are not on commission, and know their products because everything is made right there. We've only needed the delivery service once, which was with Christian and Herb. This team took great care of us, arriving when they said they would and carefully setting up our new beds and frames.
