Great mattress, great store experience & great experience with the delivery. In the store, Chris was more than helpful when explaining the different mattresses and was “all about the customer.” At one point, there were 3 different families in the store at one time, and he handled all of us with ease. While helping one family, he never forgot about the other two and made us all feel like we were the only ones in the store. The delivery people were on time, polite and went above and beyond. Lastly, with Chris’ help, I got the perfect mattress and love it. Great experience all around.

As usual, after shopping everywhere else, we ended up at The Original Mattress Factory to buy the mattress we needed for the guestroom bunk bed. They had the lower profile mattress we needed--clean, well-made, considerably less expensive than the other mattress stores, and even in stock. Since they let you see the factory behind the showroom, you know that you are getting a totally NEW mattress, not simply new upholstery and padding on a used set of springs. That's not the case at many other mattress stores. This is our sixth purchase from them over many years. They produce a great product, right here in Winter Park.

Looks like we made a good choice with the Original Mattress Factory. Our back pains have faded away. I can actually sleep later without pain. We bought Luxury Firm Orthopedic sets at a price about half of what others were selling for. The sale was made easy by sales person Paul Tincher. He guided us to the orthopedic mattress and working box springs that are best for us. Paul did not attempt to oversell us. Delivery was fast and easy. The two men were fast and efficient. We are very pleased that this has been such a good experience.
