The Original Mattress Factory

Can't recommend this place enough! Recently shopped around for mattresses; OMF offered similar (arguably better mattresses) than what we were looking at at other places, all for about half the price. I almost got talked into a $4000 tempurpedic set at another place, but ended up going with another option at OMF for $900 and I am WAY happier. I could have gotten the temperpedic competitor mattress for I think $2000, but the bed I ended up with is a huge upgrade from the bed I'm coming from so it was all I needed. Sales guy (Jeff) was super helpful and really knew his stuff. He was also willing to write up quotes for a few mattresses which I really appreciated. Had OMF deliver as well. Nicest delivery guys ever and they were in and out in less than 10 minutes, even taking away the old mattress/box spring. Got the mattress delivered 3 days after ordering purchasing (I believe the guy said normally they deliver on Tuesdays, Thursdays, and Saturdays).

Great service, fast delivery and setup! Jeff was amazing at explaining the different mattresses and let me test out as many as I wanted to. No pressure in sales and I knew exactly what I wanted.

Great Experience at Chapel Hill Store in Cuyahoga Falls. Jeff Spatholt was Very Knowledgeable, unlike any other mattress stores we visited. THE honest truth is ORIGINAL MATTRESS are an Employee Owned Business----Direct from the manufacturer in USA. There is great incentive for Employees to study up and know their Products WELL! JEFF Spatholt is Well Informed. We paid Small fees for PROMPT ORGANIZED DELIVERY. We opted for full carry out of the Old and haul in and Set up the new. Update: It's been about 6 years now. I've definitely been lazy and haven't been flipping it nearly as much as I should. Mattress still feels great though. Zero complaints from me or my partner. I feel like I've gotten my money's worth out of it and then some. I imagine I still have many years to go with this mattress, but when I do have to buy a new one it will definitely be from here (or another one of their locations). Original Review: I purchased my mattress from here after doing a significant amount of research and price checking. A company like the original mattress factory is a rarity these days. An honest quality product, made locally, at a genuinely fair price. My shopping experience was fantastic. The salesman did what salesmen do, and gave me the rundown on their mattresses. But it wasn't pushy, just informative. I was left alone to try out any of the mattresses however I wanted. The salesman was available for the few questions I had. He really let me take my time and decide on things myself though, and I really liked that (as I'm not a fan of being pressured). I've had my mattress for just short of a year now and it's been amazing. I bought an innerspring pillow top because I like having a firm edge to sit on, as well as having the longevity of a double sided mattress. Based on my previous mattress(which is 10+ years old and was only replaced to get a bigger king size), and how this current one is feeling, the mattress will likely hold up for another 12 years no problem (assuming I flip it regularly). The prices are perfect. There's no middle man, and there's no inflated pricing. No other store can beat it, seriously. I don't make a whole lot of money, so being able to buy a well built product that I don't have to worry about replacing is really a relief. If you're in the market for a new mattress, it's absolutely worth trying theirs out.

Looked at many different styles of mattress, found that The Original Mattress Factory was best for us.
