I took my 80 yr old MIL here to get a adjusted bed and mattress! Patrick was our salesperson and he was outstanding! He wasn’t pushy at all. He explained everything to her and showed her how to use the remote ! He made the process very easy! He was very patient and kind !!
View on GoogleThey sold me a VERY inferior mattress and when I called after sleeping on it for the 1st time they sent out a representative who tried to tell me there was nothing wrong even though his face turned beat red when he laid on the bed from the bed being so horribly bowed. His head was way lower than the rest of his body. They refused to take it back because we slept on it ONCE!!!! And wanted to sell us a newer one at a much higher price. I asked if I could at least just exchange it for the floor model (which was a very good mattress) and they said no. Sorry but our experience was a total AND EXPENSIVE rip off. Our son took it off our hands but ended up throwing it out and said "It's just junk". I ended getting my mattress at a different store, paid less and LOVE IT! Save your time and $ and don't go there.

View on GoogleStay far away. When we bought the mattress we explained we didn’t need a box spring because we had a slatted frame. The rep said we NEEDED a box spring under our serenity latex mattress. So we bought a box spring. It only takes 5 minutes of research and 6 months of an aching back to learn box springs under latex mattresses are definitely NOT advisable. Latex mattresses need firm foundations. I called in to speak with their customer service, asking for a refund of the box spring- he belittled my experience saying “my argument makes no sense…you’ve only had it 4 years”…that’s my point, shouldn’t be sagging. We went around in circles for 10 minutes. Customer should always be right. Bad customer service. Sore back every middle of the night. Bad experience. Get your mattress & advice somewhere else.
