The Original Mattress Factory

Vincent was very professional and personable while helping us navigate our purchase of a new mattress. He was knowledgeable and not at all pushy during our selection process. We chose the orthopedic ultra firm and are very satisfied with our choice. Five stars to him and the company.

Bought my mattress a few weeks ago, Victor who sold it to me was very knowledgeable about the products, helpful with arranging the delivery. The delivery was very smooth, and they called ahead, and showed up promptly. The men were friendly, and placed the mattress and box spring on the frame, made sure I was happy, signed for it, cleaned up any plastic covering product and after I signed for it left. It's comfortable. I have back and leg issues, so glad to finally sleep.

We bought a mattress almost a year ago. I love the firmness! My husband felt like the mattress was a little too firm. Instead of paying a prorated amount for another mattress, we bought a mattress pad. We placed the mattress pad inside the mattress cover. No issues now. We both sleep on a soft cloud. We would definitely buy from this store again!! The sales staff is awesome and cared for our needs!!

Great service and mattress, Vincent explained what we needed can't wait for a relaxing nights sleep. Well built i believe should last a while.

Great service, wonderful bed and price, and it was there in stock. All of our beds are from this store. All of our future beds will be from here too.
