My wife and I spent time reviewing the numerous mattress purchase options available to be tested in the showroom with Bobby who guided us through our likes and dislikes to help us settle on a helix luxe mattress. We were torn between the twilight and midnight luxe versions, but settled on the twilight. We had a few more outside options to consider before consummating the purchase so Bobby promised to email us a quote by the end of the day ( which we received within the hour). After mulling our choices over a few days we had a change of mind and decided to go with the midnight luxe and were able to contact Holly at the showroom(we met Holly during our initial visit). She graciously and skillfully accommodated our change request and even identified an additional savings for us through the ongoing promotion. Both Bobby and Holly were fantastic: knowledgeable, cordial, helpful and professional in making the buying experience quick, easy and painless. Kudos to both as we await delivery of our new mattress.

Thank you Update on My Review I contacted the store because I was unhappy with the adjustable platform I purchased. It has a very weak lift mechanism and does not fit the bed properly. When I inquired about returning it, I was informed that returns were not allowed—contrary to what the salesperson had initially told me. There was no manager or additional support available, and I was instructed to email customer support. Despite doing so, I received no response for over a week. When I followed up by phone, the salesperson reached out to customer support on my behalf, only to confirm that no further assistance was available. I was simply told, “Sorry.” In today’s retail environment, it’s rare to encounter a store that won’t allow returns. Had I purchased this item online, the process would have been much easier and more straightforward. The store promotes itself as being customer-focused, yet my experience was the opposite. Emails went unanswered, and the service I received was disappointing. The platform sits significantly higher than my bed, creating an awkward and unattractive appearance—it looks like there’s a spaceship between my mattress and the bed frame. My experience with the store has been deeply frustrating and falls far short of the customer service standards they claim to uphold. Unfortunately, they seem more interested in taking your money than providing adequate support. An online retailer would have offered a much better experience.

The store had many customers yet she was attentive and incredible at multi tasking so that everyone had her attention and she was able to provide us w/ the right knowledge as to what would be the best mattress fit. Mattress shopping is so hard and yet this experience left us excited & grateful. Thank you Holly for being top notch!

She was very patient and knowledgeable. We had planned to shop around but after such a pleasant experience working with Holly we made our purchase in one visit.
