We went in knowing what we wanted, he explained all the differences to us, let us try out other mattresses to compare and see what we truly wanted, and that helped us feel comfortable with our final decision. As soon as we arrived, Mr. Chauncey greeted us with a warm welcome. My wife and I had already been to two other stores and were still completely lost on which mattress would suit us best. We walked in feeling confused, but Mr. Chauncey’s demeanor immediately put us at ease. He was incredibly knowledgeable and truly listened to our preferences. He took the time to explain each mattress he recommended, breaking down the details with patience and clarity. Even after going through about eleven different beds, because we kept asking,he never once seemed bothered or rushed. In the end, we narrowed it down to two perfect options. You could tell he really knew his stuff, because his top two picks ended up being our top two as well, but he still encouraged us to explore everything and satisfy our curiosity. His personal music playlist👍🏽👍🏽 ,attention, professionalism, and light sense of humor made the entire process surprisingly enjoyable. We truly appreciated the experience he provided. We had a great experience with Chauncey. He walked us through all the options, listened carefully to our needs, and had a thoughtful discussion with us to compare choices and figure out what we wanted. We ended up closing on a Casper Snow at a great price. He was kind, helpful, and very informative!

Absolutely amazing customer service. I went in for over an hour and tried every bed. Nothing like trying all the options before selecting. Then while there the sales team (Luke) did an amazing job of explaining the difference in construction and the impact over the bed's life. Most importantly, they didn't try to sell me the most expensive bed. When I said what my needs were, they felt I'd be better served by a slightly less expensive brand because of the high rating they get for lower back pain and support. Best mattress shop ever! And they price match if you find a better deal online.

Great spot to try out the major online mattresses. My wife and I are on separate ends of the spectrum when it comes to firmness. Chauncey was awesome! He helped us find a happy medium and we are sleeping great.
