Theo’s Factory Direct Mattress & Furniture

I found this retail operation initially on Facebook when I was looking at adjustable base beds. I did not want to buy a used bed or mattress so I decided to reach out to Jake at the store. Jake did everything possible to listen to my needs and make sure that both the mattress and the base were appropriate. The purchase was also a little more complicated because I purchased the bed while I was in a rehab center getting physical therapy for a shattered leg. Jake went out of his way to be flexible regarding how he got paid and when the bed was set up at the house. This is truly a good guy and I am exceptionally pleased with not only the service but the bed and the mattress. It's been excellent for my back pain as well as the swelling that I get in my feet. I can highly recommend this store for an affordable, quality product and a superior service experience!

Theo did great! He was the only one in the city or even the state to actually get rid of the old bedroom set and haul it away, delivered the new bedroom set and installed it. They didn’t scratch any walls or floors! I’d definitely recommend this shop to anyone. He’s honest and would not cheat his customers.

Amazing service, and products and prices. They treat you like family. Help you with the financing and the delivery is excellent. The owner is very professional and responsive to all questions.

We are beyond happy with our purchase! Has made a big difference in our sleep. Went from a king bed to 2 xl twin ( together is same size). I am able to use my custom made ( by me) king soze bed spread and pillows. Highly professional and friendly.
