Mattress Firm Lennox Station

Jason was personable and professional in establishing the recommendations for a mattress/automatic frame I was looking for. I felt comfortable in taking his advice to complete my order. He was not pushy and his approach helped me feel assured I was making a cost-effective quality purchase. Nice job, Jason.

Jason at Mattress Firm was outstanding to work with. He was knowledgeable, patient, and genuinely focused on helping me find the right mattress—not just making a sale. He took the time to explain the differences between options, listened to what I was looking for, and made the whole process easy and stress-free. I never felt pressured, and his professionalism really stood out. If you’re shopping at Mattress Firm, I highly recommend asking for Jason.

I worked with Keith - very informative and super friendly! We hadn’t bought a mattress is over a decade and technology and brands have changed a lot. Keith took his time to show us a wide variety of what’s out there based on our sleep preferences and what we were looking to get out of our next mattress. Keith had us efficiently in and out of the store and perfectly comfortable to make our decision on a great bed investment! Great consumer experience all around.

My partner and I had nothing but a great experience at Mattress Firm thanks to Keith’s help! This was my first time shelling out for a brand new mattress- I was dreading having to pay a lot for something so simple- but we got an amazing value for what we paid. I don’t think we could have found a better value elsewhere or anything even comparable. I am typically not the type who enjoys to be followed around and helped by an employee when I am trying to shop for something, but this was a case where I was very thankful that they choose to do things this way. Keith took time out of his day to help us find the perfect mattress fit to our preferences and within our price range. He was very personable and showed genuine interest in helping us get a good deal. We did not have the funds to get a bed frame right away, and we were planning to buy the mattress first to keep on the floor for a while, but Keith informed us of a current promotion for a free adjustable bed frame with our mattress! He helped us sign up for interest-free financing for our purchase. He even went into great detail on how to take care of our mattress and get the most time possible out of it. I am very happy with our experience and I would definitely recommend this location to friends if they were in the market for a new bed. Keith was truly amazing and we were so impressed at the customer service he provided! It was such tailored experience from start to finish. I walked in feeling not so confident, but left knowing we definitely made the right decision for us and our household. I am so happy we decided to visit this location when we did, instead of ordering a mattress online the way I had planned to do. Thank you so much Keith!

Keith was an absolute joy! Very helpful and patient when my son and I came in looking to try some beds out! Awesome guy.
