CBUS Mattress

It’s been a few months since I purchased my mattress from Ben, and I’m still thrilled with my purchase! He made the process of trying out and selecting a mattress incredibly easy, and his customer service was exceptional from start to finish. He was even able to deliver my mattress the very next day! I absolutely love my new mattress! It has made a huge difference in the quality of my sleep and overall wellbeing. I highly recommend CBUS Mattress & Furniture to anyone looking for a stress free, mattress buying experience and outstanding service.

Had a wonderful experience with Ben at CBus mattress! Ben requires appointments not to make things complicated but rather to allow enough time to truly learn about your needs when it comes to your sleep comfort. We had some complicated needs due to chronic pain and odd sleeping positions but Ben was able to find us a bed that we felt confident would work for us. We got a semi firm mattress with a power base that even has vibration, both of us and our cat love it! Ben also matched us with pillows suited to our individual needs as well as sheets for the new bed, he even threw in the pillows for us for free! The only thing we wish we would have remembered to ask about was a mattress protector but we were able to pick one up elsewhere. Ben handles updating his customers about when the furniture will be shipped to you after you leave the store so you aren’t left wondering what’s going on. He also has movers that will take your old bed, box spring, and frame away for you the same day as your shipment! This was so helpful for us since our previous mattress had gotten badly damaged. The environment of his store has could easily come off as cold and uncomfortable since it’s in a warehouse of sorts but Ben was very welcoming, helpful, and made us feel comfortable. He seems very passionate about helping people get great nights of sleep which I really loved. People spend so much of their lives asleep, we should be comfortable! Thank you so much Ben for your help! 10/10 experience.

I found out about CBUS Mattress through a friend who had a great experience there. Ben was so patient and answered all of my many questions. He had me test out many beds, and thoroughly explained the differences between them all. No pressure sales whatsoever! Regarding the delivery: the removal of my old mattress and set up of the new was great. The team was respectful, and quick! Also, the price is really, really good! I will be recommending to friends.

Ben was fantastic. He did a great job with a no pressure salesmen attitude and listened to what we liked/disliked. His mattress selection is the real deal. Plenty of options depending on what is most comfortable to you. After a decade of being unhappy with bed in the box brands (helix, purple and casper), we knew it was time for an old school type spring mattress. We went to about every mattress store imaginable and found maybe 2 other mattresses we thought was OK but never pulled the trigger. A Sealy from Ashley and OMF was the top contenders but I heard about C-Bus mattress on Reddit and convinced my better half to go to 1 more store before we decided. Ben has the perfect mattress for us. Ben’s pricing is incredible. We were going to spend anywhere from $400 to $1000 more at the other stores. It was crazy seeing the average bed was around 2k elsewhere and that was out of our budget. We walked under budget! That’s unheard of. If you are struggling to find a mattress, go see Ben at C-bus Mattress.

The whole experience at CBus Mattress was seamless and personalized. The 1:1 appointment allowed for me to find the perfect mattress and foundation for my sleep style. Highly recommend you check them out!
